After more than 2 years of research and experimentation, the final year student of University - Nhan Tran determined to start a business with a Phan Rang Grape Wine production. Phan Rang is the only place in Vietnam where grapes can be grown, each land produces a unique type of grape, and also creates a special wine flavor. After testing many types of yeast and methods, Nhan Tran chose the method of producing Port - Portugal wine and brought success. The alcohol concentration of 19% is suitable for Vietnamese taste, the attractive color from nature, the characteristic fruity grape flavor, the salty aftertaste of salt in Thai An soil, the sweet taste of ripe fermented grapes, with the smell of wood after six months of aging in American oak barrels.
